The extensive Support Database, where the vast majority of questions are answered. Click on the 'Support Database' link on the left hand side of the Customer area of your control panel and you’ll be able to search for help by keyword or by type of question.
We also offer support via a ticketing system at easyweb123 so that we can ensure that all enquiries can be dealt with promptly and efficiently. You can raise a support ticket about any matter, by logging into your control panel and clicking on the Customer Service section in the Customer area. You'll find on screen instructions on how to raise a ticket there. The ticket system will also attempt to find the answer to your enquiry from inside the Support Database before raising a ticket, so please review the answers it offers on screen first, before raising the ticket as your solution may very well be displayed as a link there. The ticketing system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
